Cara Terrell is a 14 year old witch. Grew up in a wealthy family, an only child of two ministry workers, blessed with a perfect smile, silk skin, and slim figure. The Terrell family was close to Malfoy's, so naturally the two kids quickly became best friends. The friendship is still strong, even after fourteen years, only the way of expressing it changed.
