Yamamoto Ume is an Alice. And what happens to any Alice when they're found by an academy? Gets kidnapped of course!

When Alice Academy finds out a kid has an Alice, of course they'll take that child with them, why? To "train" and "protect" them, or what they say.

But here's the thing, when Ume gets caught by the academy, she can never leave until she graduates.
