Riley Angela Heart. A 16-year-old girl who is asked by a Brit in a trench coat to join him along with 8 others to join together to defeat the mad man Vandal Savage.

Riley isn't any ordinary girl she has great powers. She doesn't know how she got them but she does. Even her half sister Nina doesn't have these powers. Watch as she helps save the world with a bunch of misfits and non-heroes.
