Prologue

Normal. That is how Aisla would describe her life. A loving mom, a loving dad and an annoying little sister who she couldn't live without.

Until the news reaches her ears that her little sister will die and her world falls apart. Aisla gets help from someone who shouldn't exist. In a matter of seconds her whole life is turned upside down, as she is thrown in a world full of creatures who only exist in books and movies.

And maybe her family wasn't that normal after all...
