When Addison Witter's father passes away five years ago in a car accident her mother moves her all the way to Seattle WA away from everyone and everything she knew. including the Donnellys.

When they moved her mother started drinking, doing drugs leaving Addison to fend for herself. When her aunt finds out about it 5 years later she makes Addison move in with her til the end of summer and then she has to move back to her hometown in North Carolina with the Donnellys and their eight sons. What happens when and old feelings come rushing back? Will they ruin everything or change it forever?
