Ember is sixteen years old, and homeless. During the Great Depression so are thousands of others. It's nearly impossible to find a job. Ember fights to survive living the harsh life of a hobo.
When she meets Vince, she fights her growing feelings for him (And fights with him). But maybe he can help her heal and show her that home is the people you love, not a place.
