Being left in a Hydra's hideout isn't a good idea, not even an abandoned one. The world hasn't seen or heard from a Stark in years now and Hydra is slowly taking over the world. The Avengers are back together, without Iron Man and War Machine helping them, but they are unable to take Hydra down even with Shield's help.
