After a pretty fatal drug overdose which leaves Gilbert trapped in a hospital with brain damage and an incredibly concerned younger brother, Gilbert befriends a nice little ghost whose been haunting his hospital room. Matthew misses the joys of life and won't pass on no matter what the reapers tell him.
Especially now that he's made a sexy new friend.
