Strange Wizards

Hiku Mei-zi. He's one of the only Elemental wizards who isn't bound to a guild, and he's one of the younger ones. He's lived in the East Forest for almost 15 years, moving there after his parents were killed by his first creation at age 3. He is gifted with the ability to quickly learn and master spells and magic.
