Caddy Oliver has spent her entire life living in a small London estate with her crackpot mother and older brother who is never around, but on her eleventh birthday, everything changes. She receives a letter informing her that she is to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the upcoming September. As if this news wasn't phenomenal enough, Caddy is also shocked to discover that both her mother and older brother had attended the school as well - and not even bothered to tell her! In spite of the utter madness that this one letter has brought into her life, Caddy is able to see this incredible change as a positive new start that could change her entire life for the better, in more ways than one. However, Caddy is not expecting there to be a boy in the year above her named Harry Potter, who is apparently some sort of Chosen One destined to save the entire Wizarding World. This boy and his friends seem to be going on crazy adventures every year, fighting off endless dark forces that keep trying to attack poor old Harry, when all Caddy really wants to do is make it through her time at Hogwarts with as little fuss, danger, and heartbreak as she possibly can. Follow Caddy through her time at Hogwarts as she learns as much as she possibly can about magic, friendship, and herself. Let her lead you on an adventure that, granted, is not as insane as Harry Potter's, but is just as important and significant in her life and the lives of those she loves.
