Kyle gets two tickets to go to New Jersey to see family members. Of course, he can't go alone, therefore he asks a couple of friends if they'd be interested. Stan is in summer school, and so is Butters. He turns to Kenny, who is completely free. The two agree to go to New Jersey together.
