Chapter 1: Elle

When Elle starts her new job at Sykes Event Group she did not expect her childhood friend Brandon to be her boss. Neither did she expect him to have grown into a tall, dark and handsome CEO.
When Brandon sees Elle standing in front of him, he is speechless (and Brandon is never speechless). Elle used to be his best friend... when they were 5. She definitely does not look 5 anymore. But she's too innocent for someone like him. He would break her. Inevitably.
