Prologue

Megan: She's pretty, she's popular, and she gets straight As in her sleep! She is on the cheer leading squad and has tons of energy. She is kind, polite, loyal, and a good friend. But more importantly, a good sister.

Margaret: She has been stuck in her house for a good portion of her life-about 9 years. Her mother forbids her to go out, and when she does, someone notices and Margaret gets punished. When Megan falls ill, what will Margaret do?
