Frozen

In the Kingdom of Arendelle, the King and Queen have two sons: the elder named Liam, and the younger, named Louis. Of the two, Liam is special, as he was born with a power to create snow and ice. While Louis's life is rather normal, Liam has to contend with his powers growing stronger as he matures. His father cautions him to wear gloves to keep his powers in check, as well as conceal his feelings, which seem to cause his powers to manifest.
