Jade was adopted at a very young age, she has always wanted to be a famous singer, song-writer and actress just like her idol Demi Lovato, when her dreams come true she doesn't think life could get any better, whilst on an interview with Ellen Degeneres, Ellen gives her a big surprise that changes her life forever.
