16 year old Kailyn Campbell is a high school Junior who seems to have everything going for her; she has good grades, great friends, and is a starter on her high school's varsity girls basketball team. When the opportunity to go on an exchange to California comes along, Kailyn takes it. She wants to get out of the small town she's lived in all her life, and go on an adventure. When she goes to California, its a chance at a fresh start. New friends, new opportunities, and possibly a new found love.
