Enemies since fifth grade. Cera Johnson despises Alec Rhodes almost as much as he does her. Everyday she's tormented by him and his friends and everyday Alec enjoys it.

Why? She's crippled.

She was born with a birth defect that weakens the muscles and tightens the joints, making certain tasks- seemingly easy tasks- almost impossible. She's overcome a lot. Except for a couple things.

Among them, dating.

She's a hopeless romantic and more than anything wants to be loved.

Alec is determined to break her spirits and make her life a living hell.
