Gianna Asterio is an abnormality. She's disgusting in the eyes of society and hence, she is kept secret. Denied her right as the Princess of Vita.

After the war that handicapped all men and gave females all the power, men were seen as abominations. Mere servants, never to be associated with. Not even for reproduction as science has found ways to do so without men.
