Prologue

Dean Thomas never expected to be anything special. He never was. The oldest, a football fanatic, the only child from his mum's first relationship. But he was special, he was a wizard. When he arrived at Hogwarts, he immediately was attracted to a young boy prone to setting things on fire. Dean was entranced by the flames, and he wished to draw them. But soon, his drawings lean from the fire to the boy creating it.
