Prologue

Each grain of desert sand tells a story. The Sonoke Canyon in the Western Desert had seen little of interest in aeons, simple day to day life in the rolling dust. After a long, long time with no adversity or affairs of any kind, a child is born with a mastery of the earth, beyond the strength of a normal earth affinity. Taiya, a young desert child with little clue to his strength, begins his journey to discover the length of his abilities, and discover the secrets of the cursed eastern desert with presumed relations.
