Prologue

" Every time I walk around in public, I always get weird stares. The people's expressions show that they think that I'm a creep. A weird alien. The question I'm asked the most?.... ' What happened to your arm?' or 'What happened to your leg?' I face palm after."

Hailey Lim is a 12 year old girl. A shorty with a disfigured leg and arm who wears a mysterious mechanism that supports her leg ( in other words called a prosthesis or a prosthetic). Well- that's what Hailey describes herself as; except the mysterious mechanism part.
