The Tenno fight, kill and save. Well, most of them do. Some simply want to get their missions over with so they can get back to reading the news, or gazing out into space. Some will mourn for what they have lost, while others will use whatever is within their power to get it back. There are also those, who have lost the most, and simply couldn't care less.
