Ok, your probably thinking, the hell? Character Devlopment is how a character develops over time. Well this is a completely different character thing. This is how I created my characters, how I made them who they are and who they're going to be. I may also give some one shot tips in here too! As well as put in art that I've made of my characters and update their bios n' stuff too.
