Madeline "Ellie" Young is a veteran tour manager. She's one of the best in the business; she can turn any show into a miracle.

She was the manager for One Direction's last tour, in which, her and Harry had a somewhat "special" bond. Once the tour ends, Madeline is leaving for another gig, leaving Harry in the dust.

Once Harry's solo tour kicks off, he meets his new tour manager, coming back face to face with her. The two struggle to repair their relationship and put on a show.
