Katelyn Jane Rogers, a 16 years old girl who lives in Franklin, Teneessee with his dad, William Rogers, her dad is a business man and a really good cook, they own a pancake house located at the town square. Sadly, her mom, Stephanie, died because an unknown gang bombed the bank where Kate's mother is working. She studies at Franklin High with her best-'frienemy' named Emily Cromwell, they knew eachother since kindergarten, they fight all over little things, like about who gains height the most or who eats ice cream faster without getting their brains freezed and who knows about Adventure Time more better, see? they're both abnormal and childish sometimes. Austin Mahone, well he's the most popular teenage kid in Miami and Texas because of his good looks and charming voice, the one Emily is dying for, he seems to move in Franklin to have a '1 week horse back riding vacation' with his mom, Michelle, a childhood friend of Katelyn's dad. Jason McCan (Justin Bieber) well, he's a really bad guy here, he's the most feared person in the whole town, people know him as "Terror", he kills many individuals with his gang called "Kill Code", they mostly kill the rich ones, to get alot of money, they smoke, they sometimes rob a bank but they don't deal with drugs.
