❛ In which her family hunts monsters and he happens to be one ❜ Not many things had ever been normal for Cordelia Selwyn. After being home-schooled for 4 years, her parents decided that it would be a good idea to send her off to Hogwarts, so she could complete her NEWTs properly, but that wasn't not the only reason for her sudden move. There had been rumours. Rumours that a student at Hogwarts was a werewolf. It sounded preposterous, a story that one of the more ridiculous Wizarding magazines made up, or perhaps a monstrous lie by the ministry to give the public something else to talk about, instead of the impending attacks by Voldemort. But the Selwyn's wanted to know if it were true, and sent their daughter in to see if it were. Because they were werewolf hunters. And she was in training.
