Prologue

‘When we recreate the world in our image, we play a dangerous game. We’ve tainted our nature and ruined everything we ever lived for. Freedom, hope, love. Just simple mundane things that fulfil us, build us, drive us, all just a far off dream. What does that mean? What does it make us now?’

Sometimes all it takes is one person to destroy, one act to defend and one mind to restore everything that once was. But, at what price does it come? In the end, are we still worth saving?
