Shain Makimoto. The boy who made a deal with death. Literally. When Shain was 10, Akatsuki came after him, killed his clan and almost killed him. But Death saved him. Now, as Shain moves from village to village, he meets someone he never thought he would see again. The girl who tried to kill him. Follow Shain through his life as he tries to avenge his clan, handle being Death's host and the difficulty of fitting in somewhere you don't belong. (Sorry for the crappy discription.)
