Description
I'm frozen, not only by the cool winter breeze creeping through the cracks of the cellar door, but by fear. My body aches at my attempt to stand.I scan around the room but there was only four walls and a locked cellar door. A strong metallic taste stings my taste buds, blood dripping from my busted lip, I run my finger over the, my eyes slam shut as I wince in pain. I try to move again but my bruised limbs beg me to give up and stop trying, but I don't.. I can't, I slam my body onto a wall using it as support to pull myself up. I glide against the wall hugging it for my support, I feel my legs regain strength and I slowly let go of the wall stepping further to the cellar door, but my body mislead me and my legs gave out. I scream in pain as a large shard of glass tears through my skin, like a hook to a fish. My arm was flowing a river of blood, my clothes tear and blood stained. The cellar doors open, heavy feet thud down the stairs and in front of me, the large man stood in front of me, my vision blurry but still good enough to see the criminal standing in front of me
