Anna Belle is a high-school senior who hates to be the center of attention. She just likes to stay in the shadows, do her work and try to please her parents who are both successful lawyers. Her father wants her to attend Harvard Law School to follow in his footsteps but that is not something she wants to do, secretly she wants to make her own decisions and do what she likes. Jacob does just enough work to get by in school working towards a scholarship, even though he can afford to pay for college.
