Cover credits to @Annchan3 'The girl stared at the water. She just kept staring and staring. "Hey!" Charity yelled, even though they were sitting right next to each other. "I asked you a question!" The girl didn't do anything, but she spoke in the saddest voice Charity had ever heard. "What was your question again?" "I asked you what your name was." Charity told her. The girl shook her head. "I can't tell you that." Charity blinked. "What? Why not?" "Because it would scare you too much."' Charity was just adopted into a family that had lost a daughter. She feels like she's a replacement for the one they lost, especially since the family's living daughter, Liz, treats Charity like it's her fault her little sister drowned in a lake. Charity doesn't feel safe to talk to anyone about her problems, except a sad, nameless girl who sits at the edge of the lake and watches it's smooth surface. Only, no one can see this girl, except for Charity.
