No place like Steelport

After taking a wrong turn from Manhattan, New York, Eva Roman finds herself in a city of sinful pleasures and corruption called Steelport. Under control of the Syndicate, an organized crime operation ran by international arms dealer Phillipe Loren, Eva somehow becomes entangled into the war between of the 3rd Street Saints and the Syndicate. The only question is how did this happen? and how can she can get back to New York? The even bigger question is will she get involved with Steelport's syndicate? Or will she escape back home to her normal life?
