this is based on tokyoghoul:re. the girls name Monica Lastrange she is kinda insane because of her backstory with "papa" juuzou had mama monica has papa. Monica became crazy and hated ghouls so she joins the ccg and gets a new partner Juuzou Suzaya who is not insane any more. will he change her?
