Bliss Baxter is a stuck up rich girl that lives in New York city. She constantly parties, drinks, and smokes. Shes 18 years old and her behavior is just getting worst. Her family is sick and tired of it so they send her to Paris for the summer. it sounds great except for the fact that she will be in total excile. She sets of for her three months in Hell. The only problem in that she never makes it there.
