After some time of getting used to being human, Isis and her sisters are threatened by the Purple Dragons then the turtles come to save them. But later the turtle brothers find out that Isis, Twila, and Rosalie, and Astrid aren't exactly your average teenage girls; they're wolves and the next leaders of their pack.
