Noel is the new girl in town, and just like any other teen fiction novel she had her eyes on the extremely attractive varsity quarterback, Levi. After not a lot of convincing, Noel's new friend talks her into going to a back to school pep rally. Once the game was over, the head cheerleader, Samantha, invited Noel to her house for a "small" party.
