Prologue

A few years had gone by since the prince was turned into a beast and his servants into furniture but on a cold winter night a few years before Belle was supposed to arrive two young girls arrives at the castle. Stunned and startled at the talking furniture, they are welcome by everyone except for the one called 'Master'. One of those girls stands out more between the two. Y/n. With her fearless and gentle spirit she stands up to the beast. She becomes a matchmaker as she helps break the spell by setting up her friend with the beast but as time passes feelings emerge. One's that caught Y/n off guard. Will Y/n admit her feelings or will she leave because who could ever learn to love a beast?

I do not own anything but the story and this x reader is influenced by the 2017 live-action Beauty and the Beast. Yes I've seen the animated version :3 This story is different than the original obviously because I wanted my x reader to be different. We already know about Beast and Belle's story now it's time for quite a twist.
