Chapter 1- Recap

After David tells Eve of his departure, she runs off onto the streets of Toronto. Meanwhile Bailee struggles to pull her past together as the New Base makes preparations for a new head leader.

"Bailee has something and you know it," Eve held him up against a tree.

"For the last time I can't remember anything. I moved here two months ago. Let me go."

"You mean you don't even remember leaving?"

"Leaving where?"

"Oh right Miss Phoenix probably erased you. Probably how she found out about me."

"Who? What?"

Will Eve uncover the whole story? Will she get the family she always wanted? This old friend might be the key to uncovering the secrets of Eve's necklace.
