Feverish

There you sat, knees gently under you with your back pressed to the wall at the front of your bed, while you wore your cutest night-gown, waiting for the silver-haired man with the pale and freckled face to approach you.

Outside of your window, you could see the dark of night peering through, the moon shining in and lighting a quarter of your (h/c) locks. Your hair swayed as you turned your head to the direction of the footsteps you heard....and what surprised you was a knock.......
