Draco Malfoy, one of Y/N's good friend, asked her to stay at the Malfoy Manor before Hogwarts. While Y/N was at the Malfoy Manor, she woke up in the middle of the night and overheard some conversation between Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, she heard everything that she has to know and made a plan that will help her friends be safe or from what she thinks. Gilderoy Lockhart, a very well known author, had become the new teacher for Defense Against the Dark Arts. Y/N had always seen Lockhart as an arrogant git, ever since. When second year started weird things started happening from Harry and to Mudbloods or Muggle-borns. The Heir of Slytherin had been living few messages around the school by leaving messages that were written in blood. Draco Malfoy, had been suspected as the Heir of Slytherin by Harry, Hermione and Ron. Y/N and the trio had been looking around for answers about the events around their school.
