Description
A young woman, Mickey Sanders, lives her simple life as an HfH (Happiness for Happiness) officer, scouting the city Carols to assist those in need of glee. One night, however, she finds her silent neighbor, William Seong, sitting on the edge of his balcony fence, forty feet up on the fifth floor. In an attempt to stop William from killing himself, Mickey almost lost her own life, being saved by William himself. News of William's suicide attempt spreads across the city, ending him up on the HfH Department defect watch list. Allowed to attempt to stifle his forbidden tendencies, Mickey takes William in, preparing him for a hearing in one month that may have him taken off of the watch list. Even as William begins to have less and less of a reason to be left on the watch list, some officers are not willing to let William's case slide. There was no denying that there was a silent agreement among them to have him "removed". [ONGOING]
