Phineas and Isabella are living their lives together after high school. Ferb and Vanessa try living their lives together while Ferb is away at college (they work it all out). Baljiet and Ginger live out their lives together as Baljiet is teaching at the collage he was accepted as a professor at. Even Buford and Adyson are living their lives together as a couple. Well, as much as they can with Buford at film school.
