Tiara "Tia" Becca works at the town's local health clinic, which means she sees everything that walks past the back doors. Tia tries to keep her work life, her love life, her social life and her personal life all together.

On top of her busy life, Tia is juggling a lazy man at home who sometimes feel the need to put his hands on her when she isn't cooperating.

Tia meets a young man who's going through a lot so she decides to help him out, helping him out turns into saving him or does he save her.
