Prologue

Four gangs divided and ruled sections of Belsift, paying no mind to the military police headquarters. Agreements and arrangements were made, and no human bothered to test the actions of the supernatural leaders. It was quiet until a certain incident had awoken the leaders to a great power that slept in the town. A weapon that was close to their disposal. With that, the time of quiet had come to an end, and so the battles began.
