I still remember when it happened, the confirmation that werewolves weren't just a fairytale that existed. They lived under our noses, looking like and interacting with us, posing as humans. Though some people may have fantasized about how we would live in harmony and co-exist if they did exist. Or maybe they saw us as inferior beings that didn't deserve to be in control. You would think with the world's population being 5.5 billion before the war, the majority of the people would be humans. However, the specifics don't matter anymore because all humans have been rounded up and put in small confinements. We're forced to work and do jobs like digging, mining, building or welding, and factory work. They said that education is no longer available since all we need to do is work. Some are lucky if they had any books in their homes that they could grab before being forced to leave because they aren't banned. We get paid very little, only enough to barely buy food to stop starvation, while they live in luxury.
