Description
Rochester City had maintained a balanced reputation for quite some time. The city was small which is why barely anything out of moderation happened. But not for long. Someone decided that the city had been quite for too long and that it needed a series of incidents to shake the place up a bit. Detective Richard Williams has been in the Homicide Unit for a short period of time but has always managed to prove his worth. When he is assigned a case of mysterious murders in the small city, he finds out that no matter how hard he tries, the culprit is always a step ahead.
