"Stefan, who is she?" Elena asks curiously while looking at the unconscious vampire laying on her boyfriend's couch.
" She was Damon's wife, her full name was Gabriella Sofia Salvatore," Stefan answers looking at the said girl with disbelief. He could not believe that his sister/best friend was alive, well sort of alive. His only thought was, does Damon know?
