Chapter 1/Introduction

Ever since Christine left, the Phantom is heartbroken. Y/N is, also, for she cannot bear to ever see Erik damaged, hurt, or heartbroken. Erik just thinks Y/N is overprotective of her first and only friend, but little does Erik know that Y/N is actually in love with Erik.
A few weeks later, when Y/N's childhood friend, Philippe, comes along, everything, even Erik's rising love for Y/N, crumbles.
