There was a boy. There was a ship. And then there was nothing.

Will wakes with no memory of who he was or where he had come from. All he has is a compass and the words given to him by a stranger.

Tesla and Takashi are bound by the discovery of the Northwind Dragon to set off after its treasure.

They must find the treasure before their enemies do, though they are hunted by the Eastern Air Fleet and Shadowmen alike. The trio sets off on an adventure to find the prize of Northwind; along the way, they will find themselves.
