Xerus has been defeated and peace has returned to the world, that is until a new Battle City Tournament is announced. Duelist from all over the world have gathered to claim the title of the 'New King of Games'. Yuko, his friends, and a newcomer named Koji have all entered. Everything goes as planned until the finals.
